This bright, cottage-feel retreat features cool blue decor and nautical-inspired wall art and ornaments. An added bonus feature is the recently renovated suite that is attached to the home but with it's own private entrance. Bed and Bath linens included. Please bring beach towels. The house has a comfortable open concept core with vaulted ceilings and timber beams. Bedrooms are spacious and the 2 masters are privately situated. The well stocked kitchen has a gas stove and is equipped to please the most aspiring home chef. Elbow Inn is a whole house listing set on a flat ,open 1/2 acre lot. Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces Both Patty and Bill are accessable to guests by cell, text and email. The house is situated on a private 1/2 acre lot close to two of Chatham's best Nantucket Sound beaches (Hardings and Ridgevale) and 2 miles from downtown. Hang out at the beach, head out for a bike ride, or relax with some kayaking. The bike path is a stones throw away, a sidewalk runs past the front of the house. Cape Cod Transit buses also stop along main street. 7 night minimum for JULY AND AUGUST Saturday check in

House rules

Renter must be 25 or older. We have some serious respiratory issues in our family. We can not accommodate pets or smoking.
Checkin and check out times strictly observed unless previously approved
Do not move Televisions or home electronics
Please do not remove bedlinens or towels from the home.
We rely on guests to keep the grill reasonably clean for the next guest during busy summer season.

Elbow Inn is a whole house listing set on a flat ,open 1/2 acre lot. Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces

Interaction with guests

Both Patty and Bill are accessable to guests by cell, text and email.
